De functie
INSTICOM is op zoek naar een gedreven en ondernemende manager die verantwoordelijk is voor de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van het bureau. Je vertaalt jouw business strategie naar een concreet marketing- en salesplan en ondersteunt waar nodig in de uitvoering. Je bouwt de klantenkring uit met opdrachtgevers die streven naar een betere, duurzame wereld. Het is je ambitie om INSTICOM binnen 5 jaar te ontwikkelen tot een top 10 bureau in België. Parallel met de groei en ontwikkeling van het bureau ontwikkel jij je van manager operations naar operationeel directeur waarbij je de dagelijkse leiding van het bureau op je neemt.
De werkzaamheden
Als manager operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor de groei en ontwikkeling van het bureau. In deze functie is veel ruimte voor eigen inzichten en ideeën. Je werkt daarvoor samen met de accountteams en in nauw overleg met de CEO. De accountteams werken zelfstandig en zijn verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de communicatieprojecten.
- Je ontwikkelt de bureaustrategie en het business development plan
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het acquisitiebeleid
- Je draagt actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe diensten en markten
- Je waakt over de financiën en de budgettering
- Je draagt zorg voor het HR-beleid
- Je rapporteert aan de aandeelhouders
JIJ
- hebt een hogere opleiding, bij voorkeur een Bachelor in marketing/communicatie/economie
- hebt ervaring opgedaan bij voorkeur bij een communicatie-/reclamebureau en je bent nu toe aan de volgende stap
- hebt ervaring met reputatiemanagement en het aanpakken van strategische communicatievraagstukken
- hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Marco was born with a (too) large amount of ‘image and sound’ genes. Creating strategic video content is in his DNA. He likes to help you strengthen your visibility, reputation and authority. As a company, Marco likes to teach you to translate your message into images and to do creative storytelling. His family plays the leading role; gastronomy, badminton and a good movie are the supporting roles.
Romain Groenen
Copywriter
After more than 15 years of corporate communication and being the spokesperson with home investor Vesteda and insurer DELA, Romain is back in its old profession: copywriting. He started his career as a copywriter at an advertising agency and continued to write passionately the following years. As a bon-vivant he gets inspiration and energy from running, his family and friends.
